275 7th Avenue

Project Overview
Timbil modernized the building’s hot water system by converting it from oil-fired boilers to ConEd steam. The project included demolition of the existing boilers, extension of ConEd’s steam supply line along 7th Avenue, and construction of a new steam metering and PRV station in the cellar to power a high-efficiency hot water heater. Timbil also completed the electrical work, start-up, and commissioning of the system. As a result, the building now benefits from annual six-figure savings through improved energy efficiency and ConEd rebate programs.
