Project Overview
At 590 Madison Avenue, our team completed the replacement of the building’s existing chiller with a new 1000-ton high-efficiency machine. The project included demolition of the existing equipment and the installation of new piping, sheet metal, electrical, and controls systems to fully integrate the new chiller into the building’s central plant.
