As part of the comprehensive transformation of 2 Penn Plaza—one of Midtown Manhattan’s most significant redevelopment projects—Timbil played a key role in modernizing the building’s HVAC infrastructure. We installed approximately 2,500 new fan coil units across 26 floors, along with new base-building supply and return loops and FCU drain risers. This complex scope required detailed coordination within an occupied high-rise, delivering a fully upgraded system that enhances efficiency, comfort, and long-term reliability for tenants.
