Waldorf Astoria

Project Overview
The Waldorf Astoria is one of New York City’s most iconic landmark buildings, recently restored to its status as a world-class hotel and residence. Timbil was responsible for the podium-level fit-out, delivering critical HVAC and mechanical systems to support the building’s hospitality operations.
Project scope included installing steam piping to serve industrial kitchen equipment across multiple floors, as well as the installation of new fan coil and air conditioning units with associated piping. This work demanded careful planning and technical execution to integrate seamlessly into the restored property.
